ENT9Entertainment/CinemaAmitabh Bachchan's tests are normal, will go home soon, says doctorMumbai, Oct 12 IANS Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan's test-results are normal and he will be released soon, says doctor.“Mr. Amitabh Bachchan had a restful night at Lilavati Hospital. The doctors attending on him are pleased with his recovery. The tests do not suggest any abnormality... under the circumstances, medicines have worked. Within few days he will go home,” doctor Narendra Trivedi, VP, Lilavati Hospital, said in a statement here Sunday.Bachchan, who was in the midst of his 66th birthday celebrations at his bungalow Pratiksha in Juhu, was rushed to the Nanavati Hospital early Saturday afternoon after complaining of abdominal pain and breathlessness.He was then shifted to the Lilavati Hospital where he continued to be under observation. Bachchan was being treated in suite number 1101 on the 11th floor of the hospital.The megastar had undergone blood investigation and CT of the abdomen.His wife Jaya, daughter Shweta Nanda, son Abhishek and daughter-in-law Aishwarya were attending on the senior Bachchan in the hospital.Other than close family friends Reliance ADAG head Anil Ambani and Samajwadi Party general secretary Amar Singh, Priya Dutt and Tinu Anand were among the large number of people who visited the hospital to enquire after Bachchan's health.--Indo-Asian News Servicedb/ar/dg229 Words12101315
